fluct Integrates with Rocket Fuel to Drive Japan RTB Expansion

fluct, one of the largest sell-side platforms in Japan, today announced its integration with Rocket Fuel, a leading Programmatic Marketing Platform provider.

fluct is a sell-side platform introduced in 2010 and currently holds a large portion of Japan's display and mobile ad inventory, serving over 25 billion impressions to 8000 publishers every month. fluct anticipates this latest partnership with Rocket Fuel will allow fluct to deliver even greater numbers of quality impressions to customers throughout the region and beyond.

Rocket Fuel is a full Programmatic Marketing Platform designed to go beyond 1:1 marketing by learning to predict what marketing actions to take with a particular person in a particular moment of time. Its methodology, which leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and big data, is called Moment Scoring™ technology, and it results in a much more efficient use of marketing dollars.
